  4. Updated and detailed resume or curriculum vitae
  5. Experience letters from previous employers
  6. Copy (copies) of birth certificate(s)
  7. Copy (copies) of marriage license(s) and previous divorce decree(s), if applicable
  8. CGFNS certificate or NCLEX Exam scores and report
  9. TOEFL, MELAB, IELTS or other English test results ( except if you studied in English)
10. Nursing license from your country and professional regulation
.11. Commission certificate and scores, if applicable, from your home country

Documentation Language: If your original documents are in a language other than English, you must provide a copy of the original language document as well as a certified English translation.
