Compensation
GNI offers a very attractive hourly compensation package which will vary based upon each nurse's professional expertise and years of experience. Time-and-one-half (or double) the base hourly rate generally is paid for hours worked over 40 hours per week or for holiday or callback time. Additional compensation is commonly paid for charge or supervisory roles and when placed on-call. A direct deposit payroll program is provided for those nurses that would like to participate in this program.

Housing Accommodations
GNI will provide completely furnished housing with linens, small appliances, dishes, utensils, towels, etc. The only thing you need to bring with you is your wardrobe. GNI will pay for your monthly rent, security deposits and utilities.
You are responsible for your telephone, cable, and security deposit for pets (if applicable). A housing allowance is available if you do not require housing.

Provision of Automobile or Transportation Allowance
GNI will provide you with an automobile allowance that will allow you to rent an automobile with 2 to 4 nurses and purchase auto insurance. In lieu of this you may choose a monthly transportation allowance.

Medical/Dental and Term Life Insurance
GNI pays 100% of the employee premium cost for group medical, dental and life insurance. Affordable dependent care coverage is also available. Eligibility for health and dental insurance coverage commences on the first day of employment with GNI when you arrive in the U.S.

Opt-Out Option of Medical/Dental/ Term Life Insurance
You may choose to opt out of participating in the Group Medical/Dental plan and instead receive a $125.00 per month allowance.

Round-Trip Transportation
GNI will arrange for round-trip air transportation to the U.S.

License and Certification Reimbursement
GNI will reimburse you for the cost of taking the CGFNS, NCLEX, State Licenses, TOEFL, MELAB, IELTS or other English examination
(which are not required if you studied nursing in English). You must present a copy of the test certificates and copies of your receipts for reimbursement of these expenses.

Referral Bonus Program
GNI offers a referral bonus of up to $3,000 for each RN colleague referred directly through our Corporate GNI office. The amount of this bonus will be dependent upon the length of each assignment. You do not need to be employed by GNI to be eligible for this bonus. Email hr@global-nurses.com to obtain additional information regarding this program.

Maximizing Income
Many nurses will work three 12-hour shifts per week and like to work additional shifts to maximize their income during their assignment in the U.S. Time-and-one-half, or on selected assignments; double time is paid for all overtime worked in excess of 40 hours per week.

Holiday Pay
Subject to individual assignments, time-and-one-half or double time of the base hourly rate for hours worked on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas may be offered.
